This policy explains what Callison Technologies collects through this website, how we use it, and how to stop hearing from us.

What we collect

The interactive Software Spend Checklist runs in your browser. It does not ask for contact details or send your answers to us. If you later contact us or use a connected booking provider, you may provide:

• Your first name
• Your work email address
• Your company name
• Your phone number, if you choose a phone call
• The appointment time, call type, and context you choose to share

When online scheduling is connected, booking details are sent to our server and to Google Calendar to create the appointment and request a calendar invitation. For video calls, Google Meet provides the meeting link. Your calendar availability is not requested.

We may also use an analytics tool to count page visits and clicks on key buttons. It does not tell us who you are.

How we use it

• To respond to your request for information
• To prepare for and hold any call you book with us
• To understand which pages and newsletters bring visitors to the site

We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who processes it

Our hosting provider serves the website and processes booking requests. Google Calendar and Google Meet process appointment details when you book a call.

Unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing us at the contact address supplied in that correspondence. We will stop emailing you promptly.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email the contact address supplied in our correspondence.
